- Shipping
We offer a flat rate of $9.99 for domestic and $19.99 for international orders. Orders are shipped via USPS.
- Returns
We have a 30-day return policy (if eligible). Please! Review the return policy in full here. (link)
- Cancellations
You have 24hrs to cancel any unshipped order Please contact us at support@karlucci.com.This action cannot be done once the order is fulfilled/shipped.
- Missing Package
KARLUCCI© isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages once orders arrive at the United States Postal Service office. Once the order has shipped, the United States Postal Service holds ALL liability for missing packages. Please Contact the nearest USPS office to file a claim for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We do NOT issue refunds for packages already marked as shipped.
- Wrong Address
If you've entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us immediately at support@karlucci.com. Should we encounter any difficulties processing your shipping address, our customer service will contact you via email to resolve the matter. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, your order will be canceled, and your payment will be refunded.
- Order Status Concerns
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@karlucci.com with your name and order number.
